Ir Eagle Mo

Managing Director

Ir Rr Eagle Mo graduated from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University and later obtained a Master’s degree from the University of Hong Kong. After graduation, she worked in the consulting industry for over 10 years before becoming a lecturer at the Polytechnic University. In 2009, Ir Rr Eagle Mo founded Telemax Environmental and Energy Management Limited (TEEM), a company that offers professional consulting services in building service, green building, environmental, energy, and carbon emissions.

My Sustainability Goals for 2023:

Global warming & extreme weather are threatening our world. HK targets to achieve carbon neutrality by 2050. Therefore, technologies for green building, carbon emission, clean energy, smart management & operation are critical. The collaboration of different technologies could definitely help to achieve this goal.

Adrian Lo

Director of Corporate Development

Mr. Adrian Lo is the Director, Corporate Development of SOCAM Development Limited. He joined the Company in 2018 as Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and was the Head of Corporate Development before he took up the current position in 2022. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Lo founded and operated his own restaurant and catering business for five years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies with a focus in political science from Trinity College, Hartford, CT.

Lewis Lam

Deputy General Manager (Property Management)

Lewis Lam is the team leader of the company’s Technology Applications Working Committee and a member of the company’s ESG Committee. He is tasked to explore, apply and develop solutions that could enable more intelligent and greener property management practices. Lewis is a licensed property management services practitioner in Hong Kong and has professionally affiliated with organizations related to real estate and property management.

Travis Kan

Director, Digital Energy & Power Products

As the Director of Schneider Electric Hong Kong’s Digital Energy & Power Products divisions, Travis Kan drives the company’s energy management business via strategic initiatives, digital solutions, marketing, and partnerships. He serves as a trusted partner in delivering energy management solutions towards carbon neutrality, working closely with end users, consultants and contractors to bring the latest innovations to the market.

Travis is a strong business development professional with a wealth of experience in the energy industry. His previous roles span Engineering, Sales & Marketing, Business Development and General Management. Prior to re-joining Schneider Electric in 2023, he worked with leading companies, including General Electric and CLP, gaining a comprehensive pool of solid experience in power generation, transmission and distribution, control and automation, building energy management, and digital solutions.

A Fellow of The Energy Institute in the United Kingdom, Travis also serves as a part-time guest lecturer for various universities in Hong Kong.
